This policy applies to physical rewards earned through our Reward Milestone system.
Once a user qualifies for a reward (e.g., Mobile Phone or Bike), verification takes 7-10 working days. Shipping usually occurs within 15-30 days thereafter.
Standard shipping for milestone rewards is free of cost. Any local state taxes or registration fees (for vehicles) must be borne by the winner.
Winners must provide valid ID proof and address verification before any physical reward is dispatched.
