Cash added to the "Cash Balance" is non-refundable but can be used to join contests. Only "Winning Balance" and "Bonus Balance" (as per rules) are eligible for withdrawal.
In case of a double-deduction during a failed join attempt, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet via our transaction logs.
